Events Organisation
At MCS we have created, designed and organised all types of events both on an internal and external level.
We seek the most suitable format for each occasion in order to fulfil the objectives and
we contribute our know-how in the field of communication in order to add a touch of originality and generate potential media interest in each event.
We have experience in organising corporate events, congresses, conventions, foundation stone laying ceremonies, openings or institutional events as well as public relations with celebrities.

Protocol
Protocol is the discipline that determines the structures and priorities governing certain official events of the organisation and affects events, opening ceremonies, official meetings, the organisation of forums and conferences among many other examples.
In our profession we are frequently asked questions such as: Should we invite a minister to an opening ceremony or not? What is the correct way of doing it? How should members of the Royal Family be addressed? How should a guest be seated as established by protocol? What is the correct order of the speakers? What should we do with the flags?
These questions are answered with experience and common sense, based on knowledge of the internal mechanisms of official organisations and by applying the royal decrees and organic laws that determine the basic principles of the protocol.
Our professional experience enables us to advise any company, institution and organisation in this field as an incorrect use of protocol may cause an initiative to fail and could also lead to negative consequences with respect to the relations between the company and its target markets.
